What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we only accept Cash and PayNow/Bank Transfer.

Are there any other costs?

The prices listed above are all-inclusive! However, there would be additional charges if you would like us to provide food for your cat. Please call us to find out more!

Do I need to bring my own food?

Yes, please. We recommend bringing your pet’s usual food to help avoid tummy upsets, such as diarrhoea, that can sometimes happen when their diet is changed.

Things to know before coming down!

How do I know if my cat can be boarded?

As per AVS guidelines, cats may only be boarded if the following requirements are met:

  • Cats must be up to date on their vaccinations
  • Cats must be FeLV and FIV negative
  • Cats must be microchipped
  • Cats must be up to date on their parasite treatments

If your cat satisfies the above – great! Otherwise, book an appointment with your veterinarian to make sure the above requirements are satisfied.

Is pre-booking required?

Yes. Please contact us using the various options here.

Please note that a non-refundable deposit of 1 night’s fees per cat is required to secure your stay.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring the following documents along, and present them to us during registration:

  1. Vaccination Certificates/Booklets
    • Your pet must be up to date on their vaccines
  2. FIV/FeLV Test Results
    • Your pet must be FIV negative and FeLV negative
  3. Microchip Certification
    • Your pet must be microchipped
  4. Parasite Treatment Records
    • Your pet must be recently treated for parasites
  5. [Optional] Cat Food
    • Bring along your cat’s food if you’d like – and some treats!
  6. [Optional] Towels & Toys
    • Bring some of your cats favourite towels & toys to make them feel more at home

How do you tell if a cat is classified as 'small' or 'large'

Cats are classified as small or large based on their physical dimensions. We want to ensure that your cat has enough space to be comfortable – ‘large’ cats would be provided with a larger cage that ‘small’ cats.

When can I pick my cat up?

Our friendly team will advise you on when your pet should be picked up when you register. Please let us know any preferences that you may have –  we will do our best to accommodate to them!

What happens if I'm late to pick my cat up?

Depending the extent of the delay, we may impose additional charges of $5 per hour delayed.
